Before calling your operator, remember to check a few essential points:
- Make sure your router is turned on.
- Restart your router.
- Ensure that all the lights on your router are on without any error messages.
- If the network connection is not established, check the connections of the router, specifically the cable (fiber optic, coaxial, or telephone). If despite all these checks you still don't have a Wi-Fi connection, there may be an issue with the network. To confirm this, you can connect from your mobile (cellular network) to one of the sites that monitor the status and outages of operator networks, such as Zone ADSL or DownDetector.
