Step-by-Step Guide for Reassembling an Asus Strix GL503 Laptop
In this article, we explain how to reassemble the Asus ROG Strix GL503, a high-performance laptop from Asus. Follow these key steps to bring your machine back to life after complete disassembly.
Main Steps:
1. Start with the top case:
- Place the motherboard on the top case
- Reconnect the ribbons by lifting the tabs
2. Mount the thermal module:
- Clean the thermal paste with rubbing alcohol and paper towels
- Apply a small amount of thermal paste to the relevant components
- Position and screw the thermal module in the tightening order
3. Reassemble the RAM module:
- Insert diagonally and clip onto the tabs
4. Position the power connector:
- Pay attention to cable passages
5. Reassemble the speaker system:
- Reconnect and secure the cables properly
6. Reassemble the screen:
- Pass the cables through the hinges
- Reassemble the WiFi card
- Replace the LCD cover and the panel
