Unpacking your order

Before unpacking your product upon receipt, visually ensure that you have ordered the correct product.
In case of an ordering error, a discount may be applied or the return may be refused if your return has damaged packaging, opened seals, a torn or removed serial number label...
Any product returned to us incomplete or non-compliant will be refused or a discount will be applied.
If the equipment is refused due to non-compliance, France Accessoires reserves the right to charge processing and shipping fees for the return of the product(s). If you refuse these fees, the product(s) will be destroyed.
