When one of your memory modules encounters a problem, the computer is the first to alert you by indicating a problem of insufficient memory. Otherwise, these are often problems you encounter while using your PC:
- Slower overall performance
- Lagging software
- Blue screen of death
It is likely a memory problem. To identify the problem, in the Windows search bar, type " Memory Diagnostic " and launch the application that appears. Be sure to save and close all your files before running the diagnostic! This will allow you to better understand the state of your PC's RAM.

Once this information is known:
- completely shut down your device,
- unplug it from any power source
