Make sure you have configured the charging mode in the ASUS Battery Health Charging software (for some models, Battery Health Charging is integrated into MyASUS). If you can't find it in the MyASUS application, please go here to check whether your laptop supports battery charging.This feature helps protect the battery by allowing you to set the maximum charging power based on Relative State Of Charge (ROSC), which helps extend the battery's lifespan.
