Enter the serial number of your Asus PC, from your customer account, and get the complete and detailed list of all Asus components 100% compatible with your hardware.
This is not a registration of your machine with Asus.
How does it work?
When you are logged into your customer account, click on "My Asus Parts".
Simply enter the serial number (SN) of your machine in the SN field (usually, the SN consists of a 15-character sequence (letters and numbers) and starts with a letter.
If you don't know where to find the serial number, you can click on our help "How to find the serial number of your Asus device".
You can also go to the Asus website to register your device in their database, to facilitate warranty support, driver downloads, and more.
Once your SN is entered, a query is launched on our search tool.
The search is being processed, and the list of parts related to your computer will be available on your "My Asus Parts" page within approximately 24 working hours.
Once the processing is complete, you have access to all the parts that make up your machine. You will then see spare parts in stock ready to be shipped, as well as spare parts available for order (the order lead time from Asus varies between 2 and 4 weeks for part reception).
Your machine is now registered in your customer account!
You can return to this list of official Asus spare parts at any time.
